This past week or so, I've received several communications from folks asking about the state of Stain of Corruption. I have one version - since scrapped - that's finished first draft, other than the final chapter or so where the loose ends get tied up, and another - still active - that's about, oh, a third to a half done. I haven't been working on it much lately, but maybe I should get back on it. Does anyone have an opinion on me posting snips or talking about the process of the book?
No guarantees, I'm just curious.

I always enjoy reading snippets of any writer's work - even if it never makes it to publication. It's fun to watch the process.
But of course, if it makes you uncomfortable or you just plain don't feel like it - don't post them!
Tam, I'll be first in line when and if the book ever makes it onto the shelves. That being said, you do what you feel comfortable doing. While this is just another intriguing and compelling story for me to read, I know it's something much different for you.
But, if you're looking for a quick and dirty answer, here's my bit of selfishness: yes, post snippets! :-)

I personally would LOVE to see updates and/or snippets, but only if it's something you want to do.
And I'll be right there with Krista at the front of the line. :)
I'll add my voice to the yes vote. I've loved the books since Stuart first brought them to my attention and I would love to read more.
Of course, if you don't feel comfortable going back over old stuff, you probably shouldn't. But who knows? Maybe it'll be cathartic.
Or is that just me being selfish?
